I joined the group chat via the desktop bnet, but can't find it from the phone app

So I was playing around with the battle.net app and noticed you can make group chats in it, thought hey, why not have a guild one. I've made one and invited everyone I have on my friends list, I'll be setting everyone to moderator on it so they can add anyone else in the guild since I'm not friends with everyone on bnet. Thought it might make it easier for making groups, or for example saying you're going to be late to raid with the bnet mobile app or something. If someone doesn't anyone in the guild on their friends list feel free to add me, Ell#2524, and I'll add them to it. |

Same Rattie, Looks like you cant access groups from the App , only the Client.. |

It's not on me to allow or disallow something like this, but I do like to point out a concern. It's possible not everyone is willing to participate in such a group chat. What you could end up with is half the people move over to a different communication channel where the other half is not aware of what is happening. Such a switch could be unhealthy for the guild and can lead to less posts on the forum where everyone was able to participate before and less talk ingame where also everyone is able to participate. |

I think it was more for offline folks to still be able to be in touch or invited etc, but I guess if it we can't access group chat via the phone app then theres not much point. I did have the phone app that lets you do auctions/Gchat but it didnt give notifications on gchat and I couldn't get the AH bit to work so I uninstalled it.

Seems this is in beta so it has next to no features as of yet  Including mobile support! |
