This is what you do :

Click on the RED square and hold/move it

Do not touch the BLUE moving squares . if you touch you die!

Also never touch the black frame!

If you can survive 18 secs - then you are really good!

( Its been claimed that american airforcepilots must be able to handle 2 minutes xD )

Only managed 10,3 sec before i started to get frustrated. not a game for me.

I got to 15 as my best so far, its addictive. Its annoying how it speeds up tho!

15,2 now. The pattern repeats itself everytime you try it so you could easily learn it and spot where it's the safest to put the Red Square.
