Yesterday we were talking about the lore and what has happened the last expansions.
There is a really good video summarizing why Xalatath is attacking Azeroth and the Sunwell and how that came to be.
So if you're as lost in the lore as Luria was (she summarized War Within as "we fought a lady with toes"), its a good one to watch before the expansion launch.

I said a few more things!

I knew she was in the shadowpriest weapon! I also said she somehow got out, and now she has a bad box she sucks bad guys into, and she is tricking Morginn to like her feet And then I mentioned that the storyline of the Gnomerace was to find a cobbler to make her a pair of fancy shoes which would make her lose power if she put them on!

These are all the important plot points covered I think

I cant tell you anything about the lore since garrosh went mental in pandaland. I know the jailor had something to do with lich king and inbetween that the legion started some shit again and jaina turned into Elsa.
